    Default Pres. Aquino reprimanded PAGASA

Pres. Aquino reprimanded PAGASA for its failure to nform him that "Basyang" had changed course. Now PNoy slowly learns the accountability of a gov’t. official. Negligent of your mandate, ordinary people will suffer
and lives maybe lost. PAGASA's issue is urgent and could have been a good political cause that can generate high pogi points like the environment instead of the bill declaring Tarlac City Day as a non-working holiday.

    Looy sad atong PAG-ASA..

I heard the news, nga kato ila mga elite nga mga meteorologists, nangibang-bansa na kay tungod sa kagamay sa sweldo... imagine ang meteorologist, 20K ra ang sweldo while ang offer sa abroad, x10 even x15 sa imo sweldo diri...

And besides, wala tay mga bag-ong doppler radars and other equipments to accurately forecast weather conditions.

Manginahanglan pa ug 1.8Billion Pesos ang atong gobyerno to address the problem, kana initial pa nila nga requirement para ma-upgrade ila equipment..

I don't think ma-address ni considering sa kadako sa budget, and the country is facing problems on basic services such as health, solid waste management, housing, etc...
