ako kay paypal to eon (unionbank).from odesk to paypal, fee is $1 per withdrawal then from paypal to eon, 50 php for withdrawals 6999 and lower..if 7000 and up, free ra.

its the payoneer debit card..instead of withdrawing from odesk to paypal to your bank account, you can withdraw from odesk to payoneer debit card diretso but every withdraw is $9+...
