i don't think small time ang advocacy ni ayn rand... If you look at right-wing conservatives sa U.S. most of them worship ayn rand like a goddess... and these people share rand's favorite view which is "selfishness is a virtue" and that Free-market capitalism is the end all system for mankind.

you cannot outlaw an idea. doing so is like outlawing humans to think.

nor can you outlaw people from joining organizations, as that is a protected right under the Bill or Rights.

what can, and is already outlawed, are acts against the State, not affiliation with organizations, nor the espousal of ideologies. this is the main reason why the law was repelled on the first place.

we need to bear in mind and differentiate what is termed to as a "political offense" and a "criminal offense".
