Z is officially joining the Heat and the last thing the Heat needs is another big who packs tons of weight... I think they're going to re-sign Joel Anthony and get another PG.

As for Shaq, accepting a bench role is the last thing in his mind. But given the fact that his options are also dwindling and most title contenders are shying off from him because of "chemistry" issues, he needs to decide soon.

As for chemistry, I've read about Shaq's locker room issues:
