im still on PST training sa sprint banawa, ila offer is 14.750(basic),kay I have a 3 yrs experience+2,500 acct.incentive and 2,500 allowances, la pang ang 20% nyt diff. so 14,755+2,500+2,500+20% nyt diff.mao na ang akoa sa sprint banawa,but PST pa ko,la pa mi 2 months...mao gyud ni latest. Ang imo sigurong pasabot nga sa mga CC, ang mga agents mangilad if apil sa metrics ang sales? Sakto ba?... Bale ang akong pasabot concerning Cebu Global is that sa ila, ang account mismo ang ilad. Ang account maoy scam. And ang company, nangilad pud og maayo sa mga agents regarding sa ilang training compensation policy.

I've been in the call center industry for almost 6 years now! And this is mainly because I love the job itself, the people especially, the support is so easy and the environment is so comfortable.

I'm from one of the "famous" call centers in Cebu, and we're looking for "efficient" people specifically for our account. And we need someone that is dedicated, attendance is really a big factor....

as for the salary though, our call center is not known to give out really high pays unlike other call centers out there. our starting salary is only 13,500... But we have annual increase. And believe me, my base salary now is thrice more than the salary I had when I first started.

The important thing is, magdugay ka sa job...

depende sa account na brad... kung TSR ug customer service... or sales... and sales kay daku kaau ug incentives pro mudugo jud imong ilong... muabot ug 20-30K imong kinsinas... and TSR kay naa sa 10-14K range and monthly... ako kay and kinsinas nku 9-10K so monthly ug 20K... dili pana kaau pressure among work kay... basta... tagaan tkag clue sa account... OS ni... dli kaau hasul pro depende japun sa account...
