fron shock ninyu costs around mga 2K plus if brand new, im not really that sure though, we'll wait for other pips from the club to post. and about the socket? i think it can be found sa mga chop choppan...

do you own a cd5 sis?? maybe ur interested in joining our club... you'll be our second lady member in the club, the other one is bodacious_babe.

@pigrah: brand new gas shocks sa cd-5 i think is 900-1200pesos..... depende sa brand.... d ka maguol maintenance sa kia kay daghan parts nga barato....

bro front shock kay 1000 to 1300pesos. socket 100 to 150pesos socket. Bro kung mag gas type ka its better to change front right/left shock kay ang original sa cd5 kay fluid type.

Sis, I already approved your registration which I presume you registered as "Rosa" using this your yahoo account.

For the above queries yup all of their suggestions are correct, though the shock absorbers would depend the brand you choose...for budget 900-1300 look for F1 Gas shocks or Nippon ,also there are som korean shocks available on the same price range.But for 2T above budget I would prefer you settle for KYB though its a little bit pricey unless budget is not a concern.

For the sockets, if youre referring to a headlight socket, we suggest you use the ceramic ones para to prevent melting when using plastic ones. The heat dissipation of headlampsand its high current discharge eats up plastic sockets especially when your using higher wattages like 90/100 Lo/Hi H4 Bulbs. Though 60/55 wattages are much lesser and a plastic socket will suffice its function.

Once you get to log-on our forums try to go to local chapters/cebu chapter, update your profile by adding your full name under your preferred avatar as per forum rules. Then will go from there and provide you basics and advises, just post on the proper thread so better read first before posting.

Also don't worry will help you find a kia, if you already scouting for one if time permits will help you take a look at it before deciding to buy it.
