this is solely based on my personal experience kay i used to weight 65 kg, and karon, 52kls na lang ko. u can pm me in private so i can show u pics. im not sure i can post links here on other websites like sa facebook ug friendster so u can see. anyways, di na mo matter kung asa ka mo enrol. ang mo matter is, ang imong motivation to lose weight. the more active u r, the more u will lose weight, kinahanglan sad gyud ang diet and exercise together kay bisan unsaon nimo exercise kung grabe ka mokaon, di gihapon ka mo lose ug weight. in my case, jogging and power walking sa abellana, 10 ra man ang bayad, u can also join, aerokick, additional 10 pesos. ang lisud gud kung mo enrol ka, usa ka buwan dayun imong bayran. what if there are days nga tapulan ka? di gyud na mawala. so kinahanglan, imong lahi lahion ang imong exercises para dili ka pul an. usahay, mag belly dancing ko. plano pud ko mag swimming sometimes. this is just a suggestion, i hope it helps
