Okay man ang odesk.. dugay lang jud ang payout labi na kung hourly imong work.. 5 day work week + 4 days buyer review + 3 days Odesk review... one week jud...

dili man necessary ang exams.. the only exams na required is the odesk readiness.. Mao ra. kanang english, email, call center skills, and other are there for your portfolio...

odesk is worth trying, you can also try freelancer and gofreelance na website.

I suggest na you complete your profile first and take the odesk readiness test and some other tests that would fit to your job...the tests would reflect in your profile so if wala pa ka tests, wala sila basehan sa imo if qualified ba gyud ka for the job that you are applying...
