iam into computer industry now, internet cafe po, we have 3 branches, pero na notice ko lang sa maraming taon ng pag business, mas malaki ang expenses kesa po sa kita, kaya naisip ko nalang now, if i will be given a chance again to have a business, i will NEVER engage to this kind of business , though im earning now through internet business. internet cafe business po ay masyadong big ang expenses, like maintenance, bills, licensed softwares, depreciation etc.

at present just planning to franchise a restaurant for a change

I'm into general computer services. We make business cards, occasion cards, we also assemble customized computers at competitive cost, banners, button pins, typesetting and video conversion (VHS, Video8, MiniDV to VCD/DVD).

Naa sad gamay nga computers para internet, pero walay games. Most of our clients are office workers. Walay bata nga customer kay mangawat ug bola sa mouse ug mag-away pa gyud sa place.

But like ciaramae said, kung rentals lang, dili profitable. Fortunately 9 years ago, nagsugod mi ug non-internet services like typesetting.

im into Room Rentals, Lodging, Bed and Breakfast Inn business. ok ra baya ang akong lakaw ron. it is not a headache for me ug nalingaw ko ug pagserve sa mga customers. im planning to build 12 units of Bahay Kubo's for rent. low cost ang pagbuild sa building ug naa gyuy morent sa kubo.

as for the future project, im planning to build a low cost condominium building for apartment along with dormitory. im working out with the financing with the bank and a coop so that i could work out the project. this is what i learn about this business, 40% ang imong average occupancy sa mga lodging, so you make everyway to design the building nga maka earn ka from the 40% occupancy rate sa imong lodging.

im into farming medyo ok ang kita every 5 months naay income, pero im putting a rice mill para bugas na jud ibaligya.. murag diri na jud ko makaincome ug sakto...

i used to have a business b4, its like a food stall that sells rice toppings, parang snack bar na rin. we were like 7 and we each invested 9,000 php each. ni click sad baya to, sayang la na continue..

I still help out on the marketing side of our families business which is restaurant and Bed and Breakfast other than that im into Events Organizing which is my passion, INternational Trading (suprisingly theres money there) Motorcycle industry which can pay the bill if youre lucky but then a lot of problem with after sales and support and hopefully another one coming up with few friends subject for deliberation ...Still learning the ropes ..one shud never give up in business
