The NBA didn't sign those three to their own team. The NBA does not have their own team. The Heat did. They did it because they want to win championships and have a dynasty. The NBA does not own the Miami Heat. Any more than they do the Lakers. The NBA had nothing to do with the Lakers getting Pau Gasol so we could go to three straight NBA championships. The Lakers did all that.The NBA had nothing to do with Boston getting Garnett and Allen. Boston did that. See a corollary here?

There is no NBA conspiracy. It is the Miami Heat. It was Boston. It was the Lakers. They all want to win titles. It's all about the BUSINESS! It's Lebron's business to win championships. It's Miami's business to free their cap space for them to acquire top tier ballers in the current free agency. Only whiners say that there's CONSPIRACY in NBA or it is a SCAM.

Aha, no wonder 5 team owners (TOR and CLE are not on the list, but DAL is) are now in serious questions about the sHeat tampering/collusions and they'll raise them tomorrow at the NBA owners meeting in Las Vegas. Whether there was really a tampering happened or not, Stern has to investigate this. The sHeat has a tampering history involving Riley in 1995!

Have you looked up the rules yet? Players are included on that TAMPERING RULES.

Stern needs to look at this just like he did with Mchale and Joe Smith years ago. The Heat deserve to be penalized or fined for this - if proven guilty. The Wolves lost 5 draft picks and what Miami did was worse. Like I said, don't tell me Riley just got involved on July 1st. People are not that stupid.

And for the troika amEGOS penalty, they should be locked in cells, let them out before their games. They can't be trusted to communicate amongst themselves.
