Final Feeding Preparations:

Final Date : 7/17/2010 Saturday

Assembly time: 1:00 - 1:30 PM only

Assembly Area : Rustans banawa,outside Jollibee entrance Paseo Arcenas in front of Convergys

Start of Feeding : 2:30 PM

Coordinators (please see forums for the contact details)

Note: The assembly area at Rustans banawa are for those members and volunteers who are not familiar of the feeding venue at Labangon Elem School in Katipunan. For those who already knows the location you can go there directly but please be there before 1:30PM.

Final donations:

- Budget for pospas and juice drinks given to GAD Focal (Done)
- Cheese Bread ~ solicitation letter given to to Julies Bakeshop(Done)
- 100 pcs Loot bags with toys (Done)
- 100 pcs Spongebob toys (Done)
- 100 Bottles of Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C (Done)
- 100 Bottles Free Vitamins ~Cherifer and Memorex (Done)
- assorted candies and cookies (at the venue)
- Gelatin (at the venue)
- 100 pcs. ~ Sardines and Noodles (Done)

Additional donations:

- toy bubbles (at the venue)

- in case donations will be received like from FACC and car clubs or individuals before the feeding or someone brings some gifts but not sufficient for 100 children, a raffle will be done to fairly distribute additional gifts.

- tentative free clinic services c/o Rodge/Merly (Dr. Dante Peneranda)
- media c/o Cebu daily News

So for FACC members please coordinate with the above numbers or post your names here with your mobile numbers if youre interested to come.

As for last Saturday's update 7/10 there was no Meeting at Offroads though a number of car clubs were present, for your information we did not received any donations/pledges or feedbacks if any car club would be interested on this civic activity.

Please coordinate nalang via this thread or the numbers provided so nobody would be left out at the assembly area and we may able to know whom to expect at the activity.

fron shock ninyu costs around mga 2K plus if brand new, im not really that sure though, we'll wait for other pips from the club to post. and about the socket? i think it can be found sa mga chop choppan...

do you own a cd5 sis?? maybe ur interested in joining our club... you'll be our second lady member in the club, the other one is bodacious_babe.
