i always eat at least 3 full meals. a glass of hot milk for morning snack. bread and a glass of hot milk for afternoon snack. that's the secret of my chubbyness.
me i drink a Lot of water, pure fruit jucie [orange, grape, appLe], fresh miLk/yogurt/cereaLs, Lotsa vegetabLes, more seafood, Less meat.. =)
pLus enough sLeep. i aLso take vit E, vit C and caLcium
fresh fruits.......fish and vegetables..
everyday I always drink coffee, and after a meal I always eat something sweet like chocolate.
