im a fantasy freak so i gotta say JK Rowling for now...
but if i were to say writers instead of authors, i think the writer(s) of Dawson's Creek is/are an exceptional being(s). their lines capture the very core of love and life, angst and confusion...left me pondering about everyday life, its simplicity as well as the complexity of simplicity...
