It helps you get ahead with other applicants if you're a new grad. It's also your ticket to be qualified to apply at top corporate institutions, then you don't have to work your butt off for at least 2 years working at call centers just to prove you have the ability and the skills. I tell you it is worth it, if you are gifted with an intelligent mind do your best in school, you'll reap the benefits and you won't regret it especially if we talk about working in PI. Top companies discriminate over grades and which school you came from. If you want to make money and be successful, college grades is absolutely the start to reach that ambition.

di mana disadvantage TS. better call it as a CHALLENGE. arun less ang pressure nimo. most definitely everybody's expecting you to do good since they knew/know that you can really do well and even better. SO more or less, you have an advantage - you've got an edge over the others. You should even be proud, count your blessings lang and not the problems.

palagay ko dili na uso karon ana kay palakasan naman uso ron ...sample si juan graduated as zuma,,si pedro sakto lang pero may kilala sa ofice na pinag aaplayan,,dahil nga may kilala si pedro mas na entertain yuung aplication nya kesa kay juan na zuma,,,

ana cla nindot jud kuno nga mahonor ka....but it seems nga wala jud na nako mafeel..disadvantage noon nga honor kay everybody is expecting me to excel...especially sa board exam...everyone is somehow expecting me to top...lisud naman gani ipasar top na hinuon...hay nako

mo matter ang honor diri sa pinas b4 kay pabor inig apply work.. pero karon with the globalization... mga karaang companies ra motan-aw ana... and pareha ra tanan og start-up..

if you go abroad.. di gani na pangitaon... they won't bother looking at it... lahi ra man gud education system diri... most of the time basta bookish lng ka.. ma honor na jud... but it doesnt guarantee the company that you are wise and smart..

nevertheless if you are an honor student.. u deserve a well deserve tap for a job well done..

daku kaayo advantage kung honor grad ka or TOP ka sa class... ako maguwang honor grad, sa kato fresh grad pa cya, kasagaran apply nya igo ra gtan.aw ang resume og TOR, homan ana daun ang HR "How much do you want? What do you want? When are you available..."...

homot na gani ang nindot og grado samot na honor or top sa class...
