Newbie question here about paypal.

1.) Can I withdraw money from my paypal account to my bank account bisag unverified pa ako status?
2.) Pwede sa ako mama cc ako gamiton pra maverify ko or dapat akong name sa cc jud?
3.) My paypal account is personal, kung mag upgrade ko mo increase ba iya limit?

I accidentally remove my bank account and now i want to add it back pero dli naman ma add balik. Ang nakasuwat ky for protection purposes the bank account had been use by other account. Ngano dli man ma add nko nga same account ra man ako gamit.

pwde ra kaayo.. pagsearch lang online unsaon kay akoa linked na since end of 2008 and didto ko magwithdraw money from paypal. naay lang fee i think 150 man siguro.
