Guys. Is anyone having issues with battery and wlan as well? Tried searchin for answers but didnt work. My wifi connects automatically even though it is set to off. That might be the reason why batt drains faster. I believe it will still run in the background unlike in iphone when in sleep mode. Any work around?

i never had that problem. most probably software problem na imuha. try reflashing... or hard reset

asa nimo makuha ni nga error "connection not available, unable to perform operation" bro? sa imong web browser?
kung sa web browser basin and imo Access Point kay Globe, Smart or Sun internet...
try check imo browser setting>General>Access Point>Always ask para ma scan ang available connection..

Grabiha anang 6 days, If i get 3-4 days sa akong batt swerte na kaayo ko.. its usually 2 days ra..

1. grabe gud nang 6 days bro, hehe.. mas battery draining ang Contacts bar nga HS bro tungod sa kinetic scrolling compared sa Basic..

2. try changing the browser settings bro..to ASK WHEN NEEDED.. go to:

Web>Options>Settings>General>Access point> Always ask

1.) 6 days gyud ni ang battery life sa akong 5800 since pagkapalit, except lagi kadtong nag ver50 ko then gamiton nako ang contacts bar sa homescreen, 2 days lang dead na...

btw i dont use my phone as music player... mao siguro mag dugay akong batt. (purely calls, texts and sometimes games and net ra gyud ang gamit)... naa pod ko nabasahan (kalimot ko asa or if diri ba to sa istorya) about battery saving tips, like turning the theme effects off, using gsm networks only (no 3g), setting the backlight to lowest, i even turned off the turning control sensors, etc.

2.) naka "sun internet" gyud diay ang akong access point. salamat sa tabang mga sir/boss. ^_^

@jcgoyong: hmm.. im considering hard reset to be a last resort.. almost always it does the trick. but i hope we do not do this so often.. i so love 'tis phone still. thanks!

ask lang ko sa katong mga naghacked sa ilahang n5800.. unhacked v50 ako 5800.. pde ba nako ni xa mahack? ka nice man gud atong custom firmware ba.. tong v60 ni rohit..

Ma hack man bro pero medyo same ra gihapon ug pamaagi sa pag CFW kay mag flash gihapon...
install nalng v60 dretso kay hack naman daan...

recheck kuno ni bro:

Menu -> Settings -> Connectivity -> Wireless LAN -> Options -> Settings -> Show WLAN availability -> set to "Never"
