its good to know that some of us here thinks that corruption comes from within, that means there is hope in stopping this, we have the option to be upright and uncorrupt the corruptable

partially kita rman sad ang mag una sa corruption. we do so for the sake of ourselves but its a chain reaction and at the end kita lng japun ang luoy. bsag asa sa gobyerno kita lang japun because a certain politicin cannot transact alone without the assistance of other agencies. so its a collective effort to do illegal transcations from the government. and that other people from different agencies are no different from us since they also wants to have money. if we are to replace them then there is still no assurance for it to change. if your given 1M just to sign a document and u know its illegal do you think you won't think twice? rare will not take it but for sure many will take it. temptations are always there when there
is money involve with it. but if your boss is a truly a straight good person then u might tend to follow with him. this deed can also b a chain reaction. till to the very top position, the president.

Magdepende man ni which is pwede ang ordinary Citizen or Law enforcer.

Sa case ni T.S. its pretty obvious sa iyaha nag-start kay siya man nagsugod ug negotiate.

On the other case sa part sa Law enforcer or Traffic a friend of mine had a different scenario. NagMotor siya but iya rehistro is Restriction 2, then naa nikalit para mga pulis 3 sila kabuok. Upon checking iya license he was told na i-impound daw ang motor nya kay sayop iya license na gamit.. But after few minutes naa lain gi-offer na option ang pulis sabutan na lang daw. My friend complained that what he only got is a 500 peso bill and wala na siya lain kwarta. Ang ending, ang pulis gikuha ang 500 then giSensiyuan ug 200 kay ang 300 na gikuha tig-100 sila 3 na nagbantay.

Pagkapaet, ningkamot jud daginot ug kurakot para extra income lang.
