Speed Dating Anyone ?

Speed Dating - usually is for single young and not-so-young people interested in meeting other singles but just don't have the time to do it the conventional way. It takes place in a restaurant or bar where the men are given a couple of minutes to get acquainted with each and every woman present and vice versa. Usually there's a moderator who is incharge. Would anyone know if there's speed dating service here in Cebu ? If yes, where ? Thanks !

the only speed dating service i encountered is in makati, for PhP800... i don't think one has been organized in cebu.

Yeah- was gonna suggest it to the admin as a moneymaking venture for istorya.net. Since there's a built-in market of young people anyway. The only important factor is a place to hold the meetings. If there's a place suited for it then there should be no problem.
If what wayuk said is true regarding speed dating in Makati charging 800 pesos - then Cebu should probably charge 500 pesos or maybe even less.

Not for me mga bro. am happily married. just thought it'd be an innovative way for istorya to make money for their outreach program. and for young people to meet new friends.
On the other hand, we, Cebuanos are known to be kuripot so I also doubt if it will prosper.
