    if ang doctor is unavailable... pag inom nalang ug garlic... pwede nimo kan on (peeled and chopped) kung dili ka hlangon. i sagol ba nimo sa rice (raw not cooked) on your everyday meals.

    pero hinay hinay lang ani kay kung wala kay sulod sa tiyan ulceron ka...

    keep away from those 4 dozen eggs u eat. the yolk has a high cholesterol content;(the eggwhite is relatively safe). cholesterol build-up equates to BP elevation... go to ur doctor for appropriate meds.

    depende sa eggs... white leghorns has cholesterol content, so is quail eggs.... pero kana kunong native chicken eggs (brown eggs) dili kuno taas ang cholesterol content...? sakto ba?

    OT: the cholesterolrotein content doesn't vary much among the different breed of the eggs.

    no more salty food. ay pag pa-stress-stress. pag exercise daily, maybe walk 30 minutes a day. make banana your new best friend... i-apil dyud nang saging sa imo diet.

    i take pritor for my HBP mahal kaau tg50 ang usa hehehehe. unsaon man lami manjud ning lechon ug humba

    ako ana, either mag jogging or basketball bah. mas maayu man jud ni. minimize lang og kaon og baboy (especially ang tambok ana), manok (especially sa chicken skin), balut, eggs, etc.

    kaon mo og quaker oats para mo-lower inyong blood cholesterol level. :mrgreen:
