I'm one those people who really can't afford Starbucks but still spends for those expensive coffees.
But it's not "social climbing 101" if one buys or plainly hangout out at SB.
It's about the desire of having it. Merely social climbing.

I dont hang out in Starbucks because feeling nako sosyal ko coz I am not and will never be one .

Same ra na sa mga uban and if I know daghan diri pod ilabi na kadto cge ug hisgut about SOSYAL2 , 3 and 1 , etc na at one point ni palit jud ug GELLATISSIMO na when in fact you guys can buy the cheaper Cornetto or flavor of the road .

My point is , it just so happened that I can afford to buy Starbucks coffee and some dont and kung usa mo sa mga di ka afford sa Starbucks coffee please ayaw ninyo pugsa unya mo stereotype dayon mo ug PA SOSYAL because it was never been a place for social climbers and socialites alike . Its for everyone basta naay pang bayad lang .

Funny thing is , say STARBUCKS in AYALA ... what the heck are you guys doing in AYALA specially in the TERRACES in the first place if sosyalan mo sa STARBUCKS ?

coz Terraces was designed as pang hang out nga destination to attract people especially shoppers. haha

again, my point is change is inevitable.. people will always change their personal preferences..

some people got used to 3-in-1, but some switched to Starbucks.. in relation to this, our ancestors got used to "bahag", but in due time switched to modern clothing because change is always there..

thing is, ang mga taw nag argue here regarding starbucks simply because they don't see it's worth the way you do.
