pnoy doesn't owe anything to the province. he could easily revise the bill pertaining LGU assets & jurisdiction and the province can't do anything about it.

all it will take is one presidential decree and the province will be totally out of the prime real estate business.

^ Now you're criticizing a public servant most importantly, the President of the Republic of the Philippines. Now can I ask the question back at you? Have look at yourself in the mirror lately?

Anyway, this is a public forum and you have as much freedom to express yourself as we have. We may not find Noynoy worthy he was chosen by the people and we have no choice but to rally behind him. We cannot achieve success for the PHILIPPINES if we don't support the President.

Noynoy still is new to the Presidency so give him a chance to prove himself. As for Gwen, who has served the Province for 3 terms already, her term were marred with controversies regarding corruption and politicking to other politicians. She should already be ashamed of herself given her more than 6 years in the Capitol and yet not making a solid progress for the Province. Same thing goes for Tomas but at least in his 2 terms Cebu City has changed a lot and has grown to be a very influential and powerful City.
