they may have a dozen stockpiles of nuclear warheads but Kim Jung II is not that DUMB to go berserk and to just declare all-out war with the US [which basically has a thousand stockpiles of bombs and nuclear warheads] and the world.

and lest we forget, China and Russia are still not signing (at least not agreeing) on the sanctions spearheaded by Japan and the US re this matter. imagine one missile (even unarmed) landing on Japanese or S Korean soil.. what will be the repercussions?

In any case, these missile tests should not be condoned. I believe that the World should give out a strong message. These guys cant just push us around and perform a tantrum kung wa na sila tagda sa US. Let them do the rocket tests and I say, ban all products to their yellow country.
