I had a hand injury and I think some bone in my hand got dis-aligned. My little finger on my right hand is not as strong as it used to be and sakit siya e sulat.
Ako unta ni ipa hilot pero wla ko nahibaw an na mo hilot. Its been a very long time since I went to one, mura patay nato ang ga hilot sa ako bro before.
Im in the mandaue area, any suggestions pls. Salamat

its not that bad, pero kabalo ko na disaligned siya gamay because I can feel the a bulge in a certain area na wala sa ako left hand and there is a little pain when I use my little finger.
Mura ma dala ra ni ug hilot. Somebody to push back the bone. Daghan man gud small bones sa ato kamot, and I think that a piece of it got misaligned
