the lady owner is a call center agent from etelecare before as what I know.

Am not xur of it... Some say that she was an agent of CallTek or maybe Etel! But the most important fact is that Lady Gaga is a former agent and if she treats her own agents is like she never had that j0b bef0re... So unprofessional! Come on... she came from a well kn0wn and standardized call center, she should have kn0wn that trainees are still in the process of learning! You kant learn everything in a snap of a finger. And one more thing, its a sales account, there maybe do's and dont's but everything is uncertain still even if your the best sales agent in town. It really depends on the account that ur selling or are we even really selling something on our account I know its appointment setting but its somehow hard selling too. The account is so too hot to handle... hehehe ;p

But with my previous employers, they just make it a habit or just an expression to **** but nothing personal... Ang kalagutan nako lagi kai ang Lady Gaga Owner. Ok raman ang mag tinanga usahai kai di man jud na malikayan! Its fine with me kung kasuk-an ko but with my other wavemates, that's an exception! Kasagaran nila kai virgins sa call center. If 724 Care wants exemplary agents, then they should hire agents with experiences. Dawat raman sad silag biskan kinsa. Biskan kinsa, basta mupatol sa ilang allowance as training fee!

Isn't there a law that protects employees/laborers against abuse (verbal, financial, physical, emotional, sexual, all kinds) from employers?

Kuyawa gud anang ma-late ang pay? Plus verbal abuse from the employer... unsa gud na?

If you're not treated as a human being (with R E S P E C T), then don't stay there....

When I was there in Cebu, there are people I spoke to who are receiving pay below the required minimum. In fact, their employer have them sign two sheets when they receive their pay. Kay ang isa, the actual amount they receive, the other kay with the amount supposedly that they are to receive in accordance with the law- Tikas ba.

Grabe pa kaayo mangasaba ang employers murag nakatag-iya ug katawhan. Geeesshhh!
