I would like to take back my remark on the effectivity of their forum. I happened to read Sunstar Sunday and there was this news: "City Hall employee losses job, after aiding worker v. 'shark' " (page A14)

The matter was brought to the mayor's attention through an online forum in the City Government's website, prompting Acting City Treasurer Tessie Camarillo and City Administrator Francisco Fernandez to call for an invesitgation.

The recent Cebu Business Month ICT fair might have led the Mayor to stumble accross the forum but in any case, it worked.
