wrong headline. condoms are not 'ineffective' against HIV/AIDS. the news features presents a solution that can prove to be better than condoms, but not its inefficiency.

You forgot to read the last paragraph. Condom campaigns have NEVER been proven to be effective.

what i said is that the title is misleading. the title doesn't say that condom campaign is ineffective. it should be "International Case Studies Showing Condom Campaign Ineffectiveness Against HIV/AIDS." Now do you agree that this is more correct?

I don't believe that any country or organization is pushing condom as the only solution for aids/hiv prevention. it just so happen that condom is in the gunsight of most religious organization and they keep hammering on it because it's against their belief. not the condom per se but the condom connection: condom - premarital ***, condom - homosexuality, condom - adultery. What countries and most organization is pusing is 'the ABC's of aids prevention.' Abstain. Be faithful. use Condom. in that order.

and i more thing. i disagree that condom usage is more that just laboratory testing. you just choose to believe that it is.

Semen is another. Im not so sure w d milk, but a mother may pass on HIV 2 a baby thru breastfeeding
