    pili lang sa pagkaun imu kan-unun, not necessary ng gamay rajud ang kan-un..mas maayu gani ug mu kaon ka ug 5 times a day pero in small quantities, kailangan mu consume ka ug less than 500 calories per day para effective ang diet..
