    gibuhat na nako sa una tanan..running, sit-ups ug crunches pero naa ghapon ako bilbil.,..pero ni try ko ug dili mukaon ug rice pila lng ka adlaw wagtang dayun ako bilbil..

    mao pud...lisod jud bai way rice kung makaya nmo kanang dinner ayaw kaon ug rice kay matug nmn ka ana wa nmn kay buhaton..nya ayaw tuo anang 500 sit-ups a day kay kung na kay bilbil na ra na sa sud imon abs...kelangan jud na ug sprinting para mawagtang dayun bilbil..
