ERUF ... should come HOME ... to my Mandaue ...

it is what Mayor JONAS said is RIGHT ...

COA has a ruling preventing my Mandaue from directly funding ERUF because JONAS' brother Hermie is a founding executive of ERUF ... Hermie is not in GOOD health and needs his income as executive director to survive ...

i propose a signature campaign to exempt ERUF's coming HOME to our Mandaue .... from the COA ruling ...

..yah.i will also wait that day would come!!!!!!..it would be nice also to have eruf in my city!!!!!..social ang show..hehehehe......
