nka experienced sad ko ana before - cge to tawag customer service pero igo ra ko ingnon nga under system maintenance ang among place pero naabtan nalang ug 3months under system recovery/maintenance lang gihapon ang iingon sa customer service reps nila - wla gyuy klaro! ang akong gibuhat wala na ko mobayad sa monthly bill since the start of the intermittent internet connection until such time nga ang customer service reps nasad ang nanawag advising me to settle my account, ako ra giingna nga dili ko mobayad kay wla jud ko nakagamit sa internet for the covered billing period. gamay ra nuon mga 2kplus lang.
shift to other ISP, that's the best thing to do!
