IE walay sure na ma manager ka. Companies will choose an MBA over an IE.
I think sa Philippine job market today HRM mo'y nindot kay ang mga HR wala'y labot sa profit/loss sa company so they don't get as much pressure. At the same time, it's a position that gets respect from the rank and file and even from management. So that means you don't get crap from people as much as you would being other than HR.
moslty ang IE sa production side na sila.. most of IE's are supervisors.. Engineering costing.. daghan possibilities but in manufacturing side.. mao gyud ni ang usual positions..
HRM = human resource management of hotel ang restaurant management?
ang naka nice man gud sa HRM Human Resource Management is they know about labor Law second is they are really into human Psychology behavior.
Ang IE.. more like the same pero lamang gyud ang HRM sa IE.. more on technical man gud ang IE than HRM...
IE ko then taga interview lang ko sa mga bago if capable ba sila mo work.. effectively and efficiently.. mao ra man ang concerns nato mga IE.
