i started to like this job ky customer oriented man ko.. kht engineering ako nhuman

pero still i can sleep at least 6hrs a day
dako ang compensation ug dghan benefits
    hospitalization almost libre..
kato n.hospital ko almost 20K (3days/private room with cableTV) ang bill but only paid 120pesos
so kato mga naa health problems daan, better not work in a callcenter especially if a shift ky night..

di siguro mao na nga term ang insakto. nganu man ang mga tawo sa callcenter wa diay naka swela ug tarong? wa siguro kahuman imong pasabot, but not wala naka swela ug tarong. Mu settle sa callcenter? Nganu man? bisag ang mga naka graduate naa man gani gihapon sa call center nag trabaho. Kay nganu man ug naka graduate ka mahimo kang manager dayun? mahimo kang CEO dayun? naa man gani uban, tubu-an nalang ug lumot wa pa gihapon na promote. Depende ra na sa diskarte sa kinabuhi.

mao..aggree ko ni Toxic....ako mngani registered nurse mnko dre pinas ug plus registered nurse pud ko US, callcenter japon ko ga work....dghan mngud rason ug dli ra ang sweldo maoy basehan. like ako, lisud pangaply hospital kay sa 800 applicants per hospital, imagina, 10 ra kabuok e hire...backer backer pajud. Plus ga retrogression karon sa US, samot. mo apply kog nurse sa lain nasod mangayo mnpud ug experience. asa mnkog experience nga asta ang pg apply ug volunteer 800:10 rmn japon...way kwenta...dli rani ako nga experience im sure kadghanan mga nurses, PT, ug uban pa...mg unsa nmn lang diay ko ani...pwede mgtrabaho ug png buntag (normal hours) pero mahal mn pa skwela sakong mga mnghud...dli mi mabuhi ug 7-8thousand nga sweldo kada buwan..lisud. mao na nga maka ingon ta, count nlng sa blessings kung unsay naa ug if you love learn to love your work, you dont have to work for the rest of you life.

As a CALL CENTER AGENT here are my answers to the problems mentioned in this thread.

    * Stress problems.= maski unsa imong work naa jud ning Stress.

    * It causes boredom and lack of interest. ( death knoll of the brain – it reduces brain power) = I don't think this is true. Even if are doing the same things every day I don't think it stops our brain from functioning. And we DO HAVE a chance to go out and get fresh air, read newspapers, surf the internet, and take some snacks because we have what we call "BREAKS".

    * Very potent source of anxiety =
    * Females suffer from Urinary Tract Infections (UTI) = For some it think yes. Kay lagi dugay maka Ihi kay naa pay call and then again kund d na jud kaya pwede man nimo i put on hold kadali ang customer and dagan dayon para mangihi. But I think this is not the only source for UTI.

    * More exposure to unhealthy foods and lifestyle = Part of it is True but then again all of us no matter what jobs we have are exposed to unhealthy foods.Kinsa gud tawn di ganahan mo kaon sa KFC, Jollibee, McDonalds ug uban pa.

    * Body clock is disrupted = True. But I think it's not only Call Center Agents whose body clock are discrupted. How about the Nurses,Security Guards, Police,Factory Workers , Encoders they too are working in shifting schedules. Nganong Initan man jud ang call center agents bah.

    * Less socialization leads to emotional problems = Not true. We are socializing everyday. Company's even give their employees budget to have a team socialization so that their agents can relax and unwind.

    * Exhaustive workload creates lifetime health vulnerabilities.= I don't think call centers ra ang naa ani nga problema.

    * Exposure to health hazards. = There are a lot of jobs that are more hazardous than Call Centers. How about the companies that dealt with plastics and chemicals diba mas harmful na sa health ilang trabaho? I think mo occur ra ni ang health issues if abusado ta and won't take care of our health.

Nganong Call Centers man jud ang initan.

    IMHO,

this thread is just from an article i got from the net...i think in no way nga giinitan ang callcenter per se ani, but ang possible health problem/s nga makuha tungod sa unregular working shifts and based ra man pd ni sa na observe sa author...

i currently work in a callcenter and wala ko ma offend ani nga article...i would consider this article a challenge in taking care of myself MORE para dili ko magka sakit sakit...
