Terms and conditions:

1. I can make reservations for up to 3 days. I can even extend it upon request of the buyer as long as he or she will surely be getting it based on the date of our agreement. Please let's not waste each others time. If you are unsure, DO NOT make any reservations.

2. Due to my busy schedule (since this is only a part-time thing), the items are preferably for pick-up right across Persimmon Condominium @ Gil Tudtud, Mabolo. I will also try to schedule meet-ups @ Mabolo Church, SM or Ayala on weekends. Please do not ask me at the last minute to deliver the goods to you and when I can't deliver them, you'd be cancelling the transaction (it's just too demanding). I am not a courier (lols)
