    kani kai effective kaau pero mg agwanta lng lagi ka..pero dali rjud ka mka kita ug result...mg slice ka ug potato, onion, tomato, then matchbox size na pork (unod) then mgpabukal ka ug water then imo na cla ibutang until maluto...timplahan ra nimo with a pinch of salt and that's it...dali ra kaau ka mudaot ani nga food...

    try pud to eat apples evry meal kai rich in fibers dn dali ra ma burn imu calories.. exercise also 30 mins morning dn 30 mins b4 u sleep.. den no rice! maanad rka kadugayan den d na au ka mg crave,.. effective ni xa labi na mg excercise jud ka.. just be patient lng kai ma kita ra lageh na ang results, bxta know what u eat lng jud.. minimize carbs intake dn drink plenty of water.. also avoid softdrinks.. ako ni gi suwayan tnan dn it works for me.. sako bf pud!

    TS: Coach Pacqiuao has a very good article sa Cebu Daily man siguro na siya.... I read it last week.

    In it he says that eating, burns calories. and digesting our food also burns calories. so its wrong to eat less altogether. what he says is better, is to eat less but often. Instead of 3 big meals, try eating 5 medium meals. You can actually eat more, and still lose weight if you spread it through out your day.

    He also stresses the importance of Breakfast. We should always eat breakfast since that is when our body needs the energy the most. And we should eat less during dinner, since thats when we need less energy.

    And lastly, he wrote that we should focus on low density food. Food which, despite its larger volume, has less calories in it. We can eat more, but absorb less calories...

    We shouldn't deprive ourselves of food. But we should discipline ourselves to eat just enough. This way, dili ka maka feel nga gi deny nimo sa imo self ang food nga imo ganahan. Eat what you want, but eat just enough.
