I'm actually a graduate diha sa Informatics SM pero I'm not satisfied sa quality of education and the management there. In fact, wala gyud ko ganahi ug nagmahay ko na ni-enroll ko diha.
The only thing I can suggest to OP is request for a refund. The refunds will take you a really long time, usually 1 month kay the accounting is actually taken to Manila (mao ni akong di masabtan nila). If no action is taken gani, consult to your legal (as what you've said ago).
Medyo nag-lisud gyud ang skwelahan ron kay ang akong dungog is that they are on the phase of transitioning management crew. So expect roadblocks tungod ani.
Protip for those who are going to get a short term course there: Go somewhere else. Avoid Informatics SM lang gyud because the training is terrible. Terrible naman gani ang pag-process sa short term course sa OP diri. I would suggest Smartdrive pud. Naka-short course ko diha 4 years ago and they have really good teachers. Barato pa gyud.
Protip for those who are enrolling for college there: Avoid. Same story with the short term, terrible training. Tinuod tarong pud ang Raintree but I say avoid it too. Curriculum is terrible. Nag-skwela pud ko diha for a few months pero I didn't like the curriculum at all. You guys are better off in a university.
