i would like to comment about this.. Fr. joey speculated and accused some people nga maoy nagdumala sa pagsang at ani nga case.. in the first place, the people he accused wala kabaw regarding sa case kung wala magkagubot sa maslog,danao city kay ge interview na si fr. joey sa abs -cbn and gma..

wala muage sa barangay ang case.. usually rape cases happening in the barangay muage sa hearing sa barangay diin nahetabo ang crime.. wala jud na moduol ang babaye sa kapitan or any barangay official..

if naa taga danao nga politiko nga nagpaluyo sa babaye, i think board member siya nga president sa iya school.. of course the politician believed in the testimony of the girl kay kusog man daw ang evidence against fr. joey..

ayaw jud palihug apil apila ang landfill sa istorya kay wala jud na labot.. na tyming lang nga napasang at ang case 1 week after he made a sermon regarding his opposition sa landfill..

base sa mga documents nga ge file sa girl, she had medical and psychological examinations done months before the sanitary landfill issue went out..

naahhh i'm just speculating here..but just a lil OT..are in favor of the proposed sanitary landfill?..are you from maslog?

ang proposed land fill is class 5.. which would cost billions of pesos sponsored by a korean firm..

OT: This Atty. Gloria Dalawampu has a good habit of getting sensational cases and always on the "bad side". Her husband is an Air Force Major and is one of the most corrupt officers I have ever dealt or met. Dili pa mauwaw mang-hambug sa kalaki. Dili mo lihok kung walay sapi na involved. By saying one of the most corrupt of officers in AFP, that is already SAYING A LOT considering the institution.

This priest, if only he did not belong to the country's most influential institution, would already have been long in jail... Just think if it was only the lowly Pedro who was accused of raping a 17-year-old girl, dugay na gi-rape si Pedro sa prisohan.... Now we are charging people who allegedly committed "statutory rape" with Child Abuse...Tsk.. Tsk.... Whats next charging people who shot somebody in the back with involuntary manslaughter?? He should undergo "due process of the law". Innocent until proven otherwise. The problem is, we are in the Philippines WHERE LAWS ARE MERELY JUST A SUGGESTION. Hehehe.

Yeah there was a warrant of arrest, but I doubt he will even spend a minute in jail. This is just SOP. Before a so called arrest will take effect, some insiders will "tip" his lawyer about this. His lawyer will "post" the necessary bail. The priest will be then arrested (that is if he wont voluntarily surrender and just show up at the Police Office) presented to media for photo op. Get his thumb marks and picture for necessary documentation then GETS RELEASED because he already posted the bail.... Thats why I doubt if he is really in hiding, he was just given time for those people in the "back channels" to negotiate...


LOL @ vigilantes... Vigilantes dont exist... Another pipe dream.. These people are hitmen given a list by "handlers" for a fee.. With our current political climate and pressure from internal and external institutions.. I doubt if the so called "handlers" and their bosses(remember election time na next year) will tangle with the Church by killing a priest...

so you like to sniff garbage everyday?..no matter how hi-tech or how big the investment for that proposed landfill still there's no doubt that your place will be converted into a dumpsite, and no matter how you cover the place a garbage stench will always comes out.

each city must dump all their garbage at their OWN turf!

but one of the long term solution here is to implementent garbage seggregation extensively and make use of recycling plants. aside from landfill there are effective waste management solution that can be modelled from other urban cities abroad like Singapore and Japan.
