Of course. What can I expect from you? You'll suck up just about any article written by a creationist. I suspect you've only read the title. Had you read everything (it's very short, don't be lazy) and thought carefully about how a short opinion blog could disprove Darwin's theory, you know you shouldn't even be taking it seriously.

This is easy to dismantle. The article merely gave a couple of historical cases where fossils of so-called missing links turned out to be hoaxes: Piltdown Man (which turned out to be the bones of a medieval Englishman) and Nebraska Man (which turned out to be something crudely assembled from the skeletons of a pig).

What else is new? Fossils like these, if proven authentic, can sell for a fortune. One can easily expect attempts to fraudulently produce "missing link" fossils. But what did we say about "missing links"? Even if not a single fossil has been found, Darwin's Theory of Evolution is still very secure. The theory does not hinge its validity on the missing link fossil.

Secondly, the writer is Pat Buchanan, an American Conservative politician. You're going to take his word for it? The guy even went on in that article to bash Global Warming as the hoax of the 21st century. I mean, I don't know about you...if Global Warming is indeed a hoax, I know I won't be taking my facts from Pat Buchanan.

This is out of topic. Did you know that Pat Buchanan is a well-known pro-Nazi, anti-Semitic Holocaust-denier? In his New York Post column of March 17, 1990, Patrick Buchanan wrote:

Since the war, 1,600 medical papers have been written on "The Psychological and Medical Effects of the Concentration Camps on Holocaust Survivors."

This so-called "Holocaust Survivor Syndrome" involves "group fantasies of martyrdom and heroics." Reportedly, half the 20,000 survivor testimonies in Jerusalem are considered "unreliable," not to be used in trials.
