I even took a course before ExcelAsia and yes, Excelasia really helped. My english is good, but I lacked confidence and talking in english spontaneously was still quite hard. The two weeks there developed my english more, as well as my confidence. Most of the time I volunteered to be the first during extempos, it was really scary back then but now Im in Convergys

@ron: its a free training center, but you have to pass the initial interview first.

They only earn money if you get hired by the call centers thru referal fees, you wont get none of it
theyll get 10000(for CVG), and among other things like grants from TESDA, and maybe additional perks from the call centers themselves. This is quite lucrative since the returns are really high, and its quite not difficult to establish.

but if youre really good(good english communication, dont need training, very confident), and you dont know anyone in Convergys then you dont have to pass through Excelasia. Just pm me, then we can talk about the details, and if you get hired + regularized well split P10000 cold cash
