mas maayo na sa pagtake pa lng sa pic is sakto na
you can't add details man gud sa photoshop

a little PP won't hurt. it's the over PP that makes your pic weird.
especially if ma over sharpened or over ang adjustment
sa shadow ug highlights
its an advantage if you have both (lenses/photoshop). time consuming ra kaayo ang post process kung magsalig rakas photoshop.
share lang sad ko ha. there is nothing wrong in buying a good lens or doing heavy photoshop. basta ang importante, mao ni:
1. if you can afford, buy a good lens. if not, make the most out of your existing lens.
2. if you want to post process, just make sure to do it correctly (or you will just make your photo even worst)
3. post process only for correction and artistry. that means the original photo must be good beforehand. or else, if you have a bad original photo, no matter how much PP you will apply, it wont make a big difference at all.

IMHO...para nako ha, pra nako lng hehehe..dako kaau nga fulfilment and satisfaction IF i get to take a GOOD photograph with all the elements intact (ex. lighting, composition, etc)...thats what i want to master..nindot lng ang feeling ba, when you look at your photo and wala gi-edit PERO nindot kaau, nice ang feeling diba...
"good photos ARE good photos"
on the other hand, i myself dli kaau kahibaw mu PP..ay, dli jd diay ko khbaw ug PS haha..pero if ill learn someday to tweak my photos, i would ask myself "being good at PS, would that make me a better photographer?"...
wa ko mulalis..hehehe..where ever your "finesse" is, go for it...
