im looking for a light-weight, clean and stable player for .ogg and .flac music files on Windows XP. What do you recommend?

also what is an (music)'encoder' and (music)'player'?

encoder->cdex unya butangi ug flac encoder. naa nay ogg encoder ang cdex. murag naa guro ni siya sa sourceforge.net.
player->winamp nga naay flac plugin.

allofmp3.com sells FLAC music as well. Ironic how something deemed illegal in the US and the rest of the world (not yet illegal I suppose here in the Philippines) sells lossless audio, compared to something legal such as iTunes or Napster, which have nothing but 128 kbps lossy audio.
