Extremely old video, and you really think its true ?

Take not on the first part of the video where they removed the Intel HS, Quake 3's FSP dropped since the CPU is thermal throttling and just for a split second when the heatsink was returned the FPS increased again which is NOT possible coz theres no thermal interface material and theres zero pressure applied on the HS, and they show the temps at 38c which is far fetched for a heatsinkless ( id believe it was around 55~65c )
as for the AMD part claro na kaayo rigged AMD's always had a thermal core shutdown of 65C on the older models and 80c on the newer ones their reading shows 300c+++ lolz

do remember that its a year 2001 "Paid" video. AMD already had thermal core shutdown at that time.
