lol, basically wala nag abot ang plates sa motor and lens. so tabla ra ug nka 'off' imong lens. thats why dli mugana iyang motor for focusing

congrats hehehe... mmmm murag wala lang to nimu na lahos or na tarong ug taod ang lens, ako ug mag taod kog lens ako man japon i-hold ang release lens button para di sad kaayu gahi ig toyok.

Naka suway ko ani na problem before. This happened right after I changed my lens. After some trial and error and going through the things that I did prior to the error, I found that the reason why the lens won't autofocus (and the menu for autofocus was 'not available') was because I attached the lens incorrectly. I pressed and held the lens release button while attaching the lens.

So I removed the lens and then attached it back without pressing the lens release button until it 'clicked' into place. After this, I checked my autofocus and it was back to normal.

lageh nibasa mn ko sa manual sir.. pero i skipped the part nga unsaon pagtaod sa lens kai nag salig lageh ko na gtaod na daan sa ako gipalitan ang lens and wa ko gatuo na ako dae to tangtangon buh.. pagbalik nko wa na natarung.. i thot i was doing the right thing by pressing the lens release button coz in atuon mn xa pagtang2. abi nko in ato rxad ig taod hehe...
