One of the most interesting I found in our Business Community is that all people are working together to achieve certain goal.
I got the privilege to be in a group we call “The Master Tribe.” Every meeting we give all of our concerns about the business and our mentor will encourage the whole team to give their opinion or alternative action to resolve it. We analyze what is the best solution and support each other to accomplish he task given.

As a team we also share our big or little successes so we can inspire everyone to do the best that we can. If one tribe mate is discouraged or down we empower him or her to keep moving forward until he/she reach success.

Having a team is important in the business because you have a Collective Action to achieve a bigger goal. Team work is power. It creates endless possibilities for results and success.

A successful Entrepreneur has the power of Master Mind Team. No one succeed alone in the business world. Every Entrepreneur or Businessman knows this truth that having a Team is essential to personal growth and especially in leadership.

My mentor told me about the meaning of a TEAM:
