hi! i'm new here! i'm an OFW here in Saudi Arabia.Â* Speaking of Shawarma, if you're working here, it's like every corner, you can see shawarma stores lining up the streets because it's where this food originated..it's a middle eastern food.Â* what makes shawarma stands out here is the way they prepared the chicken or beef and putting all the ingredients (marinating).Â* Usually, the ingredients they used are mayonnaise and pickled cucumber and optional is the hot sauce.but i don't know how they prepared the ingredients for the meat for marinating but surely, it tastes very good.Â* shawarma here in Saudi Arabia, it's like drinking your water.
