sometime in 1995 a "wallstreet business man" predicted that the next money generating industry will be the health and wellness industry. we are being tricked into thinking that these so called "supplements" can either prolong life, enhance eyesight, helps in diabetes and etc...

we are spending good money on stuff that has "NO APPROVED THERAPEUTIC CLAIMS" on their boxes. If there are no proof or evidence whatsoever that these can really help our health, why buy it?

im saying we because I too have been tricked into believing this shebang. ive learned my lesson. there is no quick fix to health. a healthy diet and lifestyle coupled with proper exercise will beat any supplement out there. hope you think about it before you buy.

PS: this is just my own personal opinion. dont take my word for it. kindly do research on your own.
