Here's the thing...
It is okay to listen to others opinion like their positive or negative comments about a particular company BUT you have to remember, these things should not go and would take control of your decision.
No matter how small or big the salary you can get, as long as you are happy and contented working with that certain company you chose, that's the most important thing. Happinness is simply the result of contentment....

Find your core competency first una ka mamili og call center then i match na nimo to the best offer nad equate that to the relative distance to your place and the kind of work culture that they have in that particular company and for what acount that they have from those factors diha nimo ma deduce asa ka best mo fit sa work and company.
