Is there any nice second hand stores in Cebu?
by that I don't mean second hand for the sake of the prize but for the fashion finds. Stores with treasures you can find like Levis shorts and so on. I love go second hand hunting because you usually won't find mainstream clothes! The price is often just a plus!
In Sweden, second hand clothes may be more expensive than new clothes because they are distinctive.
I doubt that it is the same in the Philippines?hehe..

but you can go to "ukay2x" stalls. they're everywhere.
you might get lucky and snag a Vuitton purse for less than a hundred bucks.

TS, there is no Arc, Good will, Mission or Salvation Army in the Philippines honey.
But you can find 2nd hand stores in the Philippines everywhere especially downtown.
But brand new clothes in Cebu aren't that expensive. You can buy a very decent dress for under $20.
