Good and ill, both natural and moral, are entirely relative to human sentiment and affection.
if killing a person is evil to what we believe, then it would be a sacred offering/custom to the other culture...

i dont think God created evil, he created humans and all but evil was created by man.
Becouse man had freewill and all thus he started evil without knowing.. diba God is pure and good, he doesnt create evil. sakto ba
