yeah.. i don't like ponds cuz you can only see their tops. haha
i'm not plannin to breed. i just want to have a relaly nice aro tank.

a 4x2x2 is 120g. i think ok na cguro ako tank run. it's a 6.5x2.5x2 or about 245g. cuz nka.kita ko sa mypalhs.com nga some are putting 5 medium sized aros (about 12") in a 200g tank.

right now, i only have a 7" jardini in that tank. that will serve as my test aro. when that becomes big, i can put 5 asian aros in that tank (preferrably merlion). hehe

as for the prices, i only know of two stores that are officially distributing the merlion and the panda aro.

Panda arowanas have only 3 varieties of arowana:

Panda gold (i assume this is a RTG) - 18k
Panda red (either chili or blood or SR) - 45k
Panda Crossback - 55k

Merlion Arowanas have about 7 (not sure) varieties:

Merlion Emerald Green (Green aro) - 4500
Merlion Emerald Red (Greed aro) - 7500
Merlion Emerald Gold (Green aro) - 7500
Merlion Gold (RTG to HBRTG) - 20k-40k+
Merlion Red - 60k+
Merlion Royal (Crossback) - 80k+
Merlion Harmony (Hybrid) - 120k+

Dili, Green variety na cya. in mature stage, some yellow tales with half green in thier body.
kung mo ingon ka Merlion Gold, mao nang gold body.

dli. if you really want gold jd, it has to be the Merlion Gold. This is the RTG kind.
