Yeah that's why right from the very beginning i used the word "technically"...
The fact that those words have different spelling, means they have different
meaning... (logical but non siquitor) hehe

Like what you said, in "murder" and "homicide" both involved destruction of life,
but technically they are not the same... what qualifies the crime of murder are
evident premeditation and treachery, among others...

By way of analogy, murder is to cheating as homicide is to horsing around...
Now this is getting complicated... hehehe

By the way, I'm not justifying either cheating or horsing around... Both ain't
right and immoral (though not of the same degree)... I only wanted to emphasize
that they are not the same technically....

But your "horsing" around is immoral and a cheat! Remember when a couple fullfilled their commitment during marriage they promise to stay faithful in every moment of their lives. til death do they part. Now, being faithful means he/she is the only one you will loved physically, mentally and spiritually. wala jud lain bro, bisan sa huna-huna dile ka dapat maghigugma og lain na tao besides your partner.

Then, you said it just s-3-x and no feelings involves. I totally disagree with the no feelings involve... kana diay, ma arouse ka - it is a feeling. ma excite ka - it is a feeling... therefore, there are feelings involve in one way or another for that...

Im neither cheating nor horsing around... Im not trying to justify either...

There's a big difference when you justify and differentiate! Did you hear (or read) me justifying
one or the other? I've been emphasizing that both are not right and immoral!
